Job Summary
Hours of Work: Part‑time & Full‑time (30‑37.5 hours per week)
Contract Length: Fixed term 12 months (with a view to extension)
Remuneration: £72,719 – £83,505, dependent on experience (outside A4C)
Location: Hybrid – 60% office based across sites in Haringey (48 Station Road, Whittington Trust) and UCL Partners (76‑89 Portland Place). Some travel across West & North London.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Haringey’s Neighbourhood Test‑Bed programme as part of a joint team hosted by the GP Federation and Whittington Health NHS Trust.
- Serve as the senior programme manager responsible for the overall programme management of the Haringey Neighbourhood Test‑Bed.
- Coordinate with three integrated neighbourhood teams (INTs) across Haringey’s three neighbourhoods, working with staff from Primary, Community, Secondary, Mental Health and VCSE sectors.
- Interface closely with dedicated operational and clinical leadership to support programme delivery and partnership development.
- Provide leadership in shifting care from acute settings into the community, emphasising prevention, early intervention and reducing long‑term inequalities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Programme management qualification (e.g., MSP) or equivalent.
- Significant experience in programme management within NHS/Local Authority providers, commissioning or system transformation.
- Experience in quality improvement and change‑management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, Lean, PDSA, Theory of Change).
