Project Support Officer – GP Provider Collaborative Haringey GP Federation

Hours of work: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Remuneration: £35,000 per annum

Contract length: 12 months fixed term

Location: Mixed home base and office across North Central London (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington)

Reporting to: Programme Manager (responsible), Chief Executive Officer (accountable)

Interview date: 14th May 2026

Responsibilities

  • Provide project support for existing and future GP Provider Collaborative projects, including stakeholder engagement, project delivery, risk management, financial reporting and governance.
  • Assist the programme manager with data analysis, evaluation monitoring and the development of materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Engage with clinicians and stakeholder practices, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Develop and maintain databases and systems for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Investigate variances from targets and propose solutions.
  • Manage a risk and issues tracking mechanism, proactively resolve and escalate issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate information analysis and reporting to management.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external working groups, providing service advice and expertise where requested.

Qualifications

  • Evidence of continuing personal development (essential)
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent (desirable)

Experience

  • Minute taking, managing actions and folders, and management‑level correspondence (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) (essential)
  • Experience preparing and producing concise communications for a broad range of stakeholders (desirable)
  • Experience giving presentations to varied groups of internal and external stakeholders (desirable)
  • Experience supporting and contributing to projects using relevant tools and methodologies (desirable)

This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
