Hours of Work: Part-time & Full-time (30 - 37.5 hours per week)

Contract Length: Fixed term 12 months (with a view to extension)

Remuneration: £72,719 - £83,505 dependent on experience (outside A4C)

Accountable to: Haringey Test-bed SROs (Chief Executive Officer Haringey GP Federation & Clinical Director, Adult Community Services Whittington NHS Trust)

Responsible for: Programme management of Haringey’s Neighbourhood Test-bed

Location: Hybrid working 60% office based across sites in Haringey (48 Station Road, Whittington Trust) and UCL Partners (76-89 Portland Place). Some travel across West & North London.

Main duties of the job: This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in supporting the implementation of neighbourhood health in the vibrant and diverse London Borough of Haringey. This role will form part of a joint team, hosted across GP Federation and Whittington Health NHS Trust. Both organisations have a strong and established history of working together to improve health outcomes for Haringey’s diverse communities. Serving some of the most deprived areas in the country, we draw on complementary strengths, deep local insight and a shared commitment to delivering high quality, equitable care. As two of Haringey’s integrators, we work in partnership with the London Borough of Haringey to lead the development and delivery of the borough’s neighbourhood health model, recognised for its collaborative and innovative approach. As integrators, we act as enabling organisations responsible for supporting and scaling integrated, place-based delivery of neighbourhood services. This role is central to the national ambition to shift care from acute settings into the community, with a strong emphasis on prevention, early intervention and reducing long term inequalities.

Job responsibilities: 1x Project Manager, 1x Analyst & 1x Senior Programme Manager are being recruited to support a specific scope aligned to Haringey’s Neighbourhood Test Bed programme. You will work within a wider Programme Management Office supporting both the Haringey Neighbourhood test bed scope and the wider aims of Haringey’s Neighbourhood programme and possible future partnerships or expansion of scope. Three multiprofessional integrated neighbourhood teams (INTs) are being established across Haringey’s 3 neighbourhoods comprising staff working across Primary, Community, Secondary, Mental Health and VCSE sector and supported by dedicated named operational and clinical leadership whom the programme team will interface with closely.

Experience: Significant experience in programme management within NHS/Local Authority providers, commissioning, or system transformation. Experience in quality improvement and change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, Lean, PDSA, Theory of Change). This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
