This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to join the North Central London (NCL) General Practice Provider Collaborative (GPPC) at a pivotal stage in its development. As one of the organisation's founding senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation, identifying and developing new opportunities, and delivering programmes that strengthen General Practice across North Central London.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a new organisation, influence its culture and ways of working, and make a lasting impact on Primary Care and population health. We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering complex programmes and transformation within healthcare or similarly complex environments.

You will be a skilled collaborator, able to build strong relationships with General Practice, system partners and stakeholders, while leading teams to deliver high-quality services and sustainable improvements for patients across North Central London.

The NCL General Practice Provider Collaborative is a newly formed Community Interest Company (CIC) and the successor to the successful North Central London General Practice Provider Alliance. We are a membership organisation bringing together the six GP Federations across North Central London and, through them, local General Practice.

The GPPC provides a strong collective voice for General Practice, developing strategic partnerships across the health and care system, influencing service design and improving patient outcomes. It also delivers and coordinates services at scale, harnessing the expertise, reach and capacity of General Practice.
