Rokesly is seeking a Maths Subject Lead (Nursery to Year 6) Grade: MPS/UPS + TLR2B
Are you a passionate and inspiring maths educator ready to lead and make a real impact across a primary phase? We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Maths Subject Lead to drive excellence in mathematics from Nursery to Year 6. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher who is committed to raising standards, supporting colleagues and fostering a love of maths.
About the Role
- Lead and develop the teaching and learning of mathematics across the whole primary age range (Nursery–Year 6)
- Work across both the infant and junior schools to ensure a consistent and high-quality maths curriculum for all pupils
- Monitor and evaluate standards, ensuring high-quality provision and outcomes
- Support colleagues to deliver engaging and effective maths lessons
- Work closely with senior leaders to implement the school’s vision for maths
- Teach a Year 6 class in the first year, preparing pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments and then in subsequent years, have the opportunity to teach across different year groups
