We are looking for an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role that combines the responsibilities of SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), and Autistic Resource Base (ARB) Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner with strong SEN experience who is committed to ensuring every child is safe, supported, and able to thrive.

About the Role

  • Lead SEND provision across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
  • Act as the school’s SENCO, Deputy DSL, and ARB Lead
  • Help shape and deliver the school’s Inclusion Strategy
  • Lead multi‑agency work
  • Manage and develop the ARB and Inclusion teams
  • Support staff to deliver high‑quality inclusive practice
  • Work closely with families, external agencies, and the Local Authority

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Is a qualified teacher with strong primary SEN experience
  • Holds (or is willing to complete) the National Award for SEN Coordination
  • Has experience with EHCPs and multi‑agency working
  • Has or is willing to undertake DSL training
  • Is a confident leader, organised, and child‑centred
  • Is committed to safeguarding and inclusion
