The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Includes weekend work required for school lettings. Required ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Take day‑to‑day responsibility for the security and safety of the schools’ site and premises.
  • Be responsible for non‑structural repairs and maintenance, heating and ventilation, and other general site services within the establishments.
  • Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the site to provide a safe, secure and healthy environment for pupils, staff, parents, visitors and other users.
