Contract: Permanent, Full Time (36 hrs/week)

We're recruiting an experienced Education LADO to protect children in education settings by managing allegations against professionals (Early Years to 18+).

You'll:

  • Coordinate and manage allegations cases
  • Chair meetings, write analytical reports, visit settings
  • Deliver training to education partners
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with safeguarding law/guidance

Join our small, supportive LADO team (3 members) with regular supervision, business support, and growth opportunities in the Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Service.

You need:

  • Qualified/registered social worker
  • Substantial childcare social work experience
  • 5+ years managing Children's Services/Children & Families teams
  • Strong expertise in child protection, legislation, multi-agency working, and risk assessment
  • Ability to write clear policies/procedures
