We're recruiting an experienced Education LADO to protect children in education settings by managing allegations against professionals (Early Years to 18+).
You'll:
- Coordinate and manage allegations cases
- Chair meetings, write analytical reports, visit settings
- Deliver training to education partners
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with safeguarding law/guidance
Join our small, supportive LADO team (3 members) with regular supervision, business support, and growth opportunities in the Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Service.
You need:
- Qualified/registered social worker
- Substantial childcare social work experience
- 5+ years managing Children's Services/Children & Families teams
- Strong expertise in child protection, legislation, multi-agency working, and risk assessment
- Ability to write clear policies/procedures
