Working within a culture of continuous improvement, the team focuses on delivering excellent customer outcomes, maintaining compliance, and achieving operational efficiency. As Team Manager, you will lead a team of up to 15 staff and work closely with contractors and stakeholders across the organisation to drive performance and deliver high-quality repairs services.
About You
We’re looking for a collaborative and customer-focused leader who has experience managing repairs and maintenance services and can inspire teams to achieve high standards of performance. You will be confident in managing operational performance, using data to support decision-making, and building strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and residents. You will bring energy, resilience and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while embracing change and continuous improvement.
You Will Bring
- Experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment.

- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high levels of satisfaction.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and organisational boundaries.
