Responsibilities

  • As a Support Worker / Tutor within the Clarendon Recovery College, you will co‑produce and deliver engaging courses and support adults in their journey towards improved wellbeing and independence.
  • You will develop course content, lead sessions, support students with learning plans, and monitor outcomes.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance to students, encouraging participation in education, employment and community activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet all administrative and programme delivery standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals or groups in a mental health, community, education or support setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage, motivate and support a diverse range of individuals.
  • Confidence in working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage workload effectively and contribute to programme development.
