Position: School Business Manager

Salary: PO4, Spinal Points 35 – 38, pro rata

Hours: 28 hours per week (four days on site with opportunities to work from home as appropriate)

Contract Term: Permanent – 40 weeks (term time) plus 15 days across the 12‑week holidays

Start Date: September 2026

Closing Date: Tuesday 19th May 2026

The Role

Muswell Hill Primary School is seeking an experienced office manager with proficiency in school administration software and the statutory obligations required of a primary school. The ideal candidate will be flexible, efficient, and able to prioritise and delegate in a busy office environment. The role requires a high degree of motivation and a commitment to support teaching staff in delivering a fantastic education. The successful candidate will develop and implement new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the school’s administration.
