Rokesly Schools consist of a Nursery & Infant school and Junior school, offering a supportive, dynamic and vibrant provision for children aged 3 – 11 with excellent education opportunities. Our vision is to create an environment that is purposeful, inclusive and engaging, a diverse community where children grow into resourceful, independent learners and develop a thirst for learning that will stay with them throughout their lives.

We are looking for experienced Office Administrators – one to join our infant school office and one to join our junior school office. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming all visitors to the school
  • Managing our pupil database and website
  • Sending out communications to our school community
  • Administering the finances for our trips and activities
  • Other general admin tasks, for example, ordering and managing resources

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a child-focused environment
  • Be excellent at communicating with a range of people who visit our school
  • Be self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Have good ICT skills and must have GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
