We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support individuals with physical disabilities to live independently and safely in their home environments.
Responsibilities:
- Contact residents over the phone and in person to assess functional abilities and identify needs.
- Support service users to set person‑centred goals that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Provide equipment recommendations and advise on home adaptations.
- Support carers and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
