Responsibilities
- Co-produce and deliver engaging courses and support adults in their journey towards improved wellbeing and independence.
- Develop course content, lead sessions, support students with learning plans, and monitor outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to students, encouraging participation in education, employment and community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and meet all administrative and programme delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals or groups in a mental health, community, education or support setting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage, motivate and support a diverse range of individuals.
- Confidence in working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Organised and proactive, able to manage workload effectively and contribute to programme development.
