About The Role

As Senior Housing Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering safe, well managed temporary and emergency accommodation for some of our most vulnerable residents. Responsible for property and tenancy services, you will ensure homes are compliant, repairs are delivered effectively, and residents are supported to sustain their tenancies and progress towards settled accommodation. You will oversee a diverse and growing portfolio including emergency accommodation lodges, hostels and private sector leased properties. You will also be responsible for housing management services for the Haringey Community Benefit Society.
