Haringey Council is recruiting an enthusiastic IPS Employment Specialist to join Haringey Works as part of the DWP Connect to Work Programme. You will provide person-centred support to residents aiming to move into or sustain employment, managing a caseload of around 25 participants and guiding them from profiling and job search through to job retention.
