About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‐focused Housing Aftercare Co‐ordinator to join our Housing Delivery team. In this key role you will support the successful completion of new council housing schemes by managing the defects liability process and ensuring high‐quality outcomes for residents. Acting as the link between contractors, project managers, housing services, and residents, you will help ensure defects are resolved efficiently, customer satisfaction remains high, and new homes transition smoothly into ongoing management.

About the Team
