Salary: Scale 4, Spinal point 7-10 per annum

Hours of work: Part Time (25 hours per week) considered – Term Time Only

Contract Term: Fixed Term Until 31st August 2027

We are currently looking for a Finance/Admin Assistant to support our School Business Manager and play a key role in the smooth and effective running of our busy school office. You must be an organised, proactive administrator with strong financial skills.

About The Role

  • To assist the School Business Manager in undertaking their duties and responsibilities
  • To assist with the operation of financial systems and internal controls within the school
  • To administer the School Nursery programme
  • To assist with general administration requirements of the school office
  • To administer the school’s extended school enrichment programme
  • To promote and develop the Christian ethos of the school
  • To uphold the school’s vision, values and aims and to abide by agreed professional behaviours and attitudes

About You

  • Has experience with school finance systems (e.g. Novus, RM Finance, FMS) and payment platforms
  • Has strong ICT skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Is organised, accurate and able to meet deadlines
  • Communicates clearly
  • Demonstrates empathy, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a committed and enthusiastic team
