About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Acquisitions Manager to play a key role in identifying and securing new opportunities that support our growth and development ambitions. Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will lead on sourcing, assessing, and progressing acquisitions across the full lifecycle from initial opportunity through to completion. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our portfolio, ensuring opportunities are commercially viable and aligned with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities that support strategic growth objectives.
  • Lead the sourcing, assessment and progression of acquisitions from inception to completion.
  • Assess commercial viability and conduct due diligence, negotiating effectively with stakeholders, agents and partners.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and specialist teams to secure the best possible results.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support successful deal delivery.
  • Manage multiple opportunities at different stages, ensuring timely progression.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a proactive and driven approach to acquisitions. You’ll bring experience of identifying and progressing opportunities, with the confidence to assess viability, negotiate effectively, and manage deals through to completion. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are skilled at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll also have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages. A solid understanding of the property or housing sector will support your success, alongside the ability to think strategically while delivering operationally. Most importantly, you’ll be motivated to make a tangible impact and contribute to the organisation’s long-term growth.
