Haringey Council is recruiting an enthusiastic IPS Employment Specialist to join Haringey Works as part of the DWP Connect to Work Programme. You will provide person-centred support to residents aiming to move into or sustain employment, managing a caseload of around 25 participants and guiding them from profiling and job search through to job retention.
As an embedded IPS practitioner, you will work across communities, build partnerships with employers and health professionals, and help clients.
