Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups or whole classes.
- Assist teachers in assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development.
- Work closely with teachers as part of a collaborative team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities.
- Contribute to the development of our creative curriculum within the framework of the school’s policies and ethos.
Qualifications & Experience
- Confirmed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status.
- Experience working in a primary school learning environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work constructively as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to relate well to children and adults.
