We're looking for a confident and proactive individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You'll be organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and professional approach. Experience of working with customers, handling enquiries and using digital systems would be beneficial, but most importantly you will have a genuine commitment to helping people, a willingness to learn and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
