Haringey Council is recruiting a Portage Visitor to support young children with SEND and their families in the early years.
You will visit families in their homes, deliver high-quality Portage support, and build strong relationships to empower parents and carers.
Working within the Early Years Inclusion Team, you will assess needs, coordinate with health and education professionals, maintain records, and help children transition into early years settings while promoting inclusion.
