About the Role

At a pivotal moment for Haringey Learns, we are seeking an exceptional Curriculum and Quality Manager to shape the service’s next phase of development. This role involves leading strategic and operational efforts to develop a high‑quality, inclusive curriculum aligned with GLA priorities and local labour market needs, while ensuring full compliance with Adult Skills Fund rules and embedding the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework into everyday practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for curriculum design, quality assurance, and Ofsted readiness.
  • Embed the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and drive continuous improvement through robust quality assurance processes, including SAR and QIP oversight.
  • Use data and performance management systems to monitor outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and evidence progress.
  • Champion safeguarding as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring a strong safeguarding culture and statutory compliance.
  • Lead the integration of MIS, contracts, exams, digital learning, infrastructure and ALS/ALDD provision to create an interconnected system of quality, compliance and learner success.
  • Ensure effective oversight of contracts and funding to meet regulatory expectations and secure resources.
  • Maintain seamless learner experience across exams, digital learning and infrastructure.
  • Embed equity, inclusion and removal of barriers to learning throughout all delivery.

Qualifications

  • Substantial, proven experience within further or adult education, backed by a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Additional qualifications in quality improvement and leadership are highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of improving quality, performance, and learner outcomes.
  • Capacity to lead from the front, influence stakeholders at all levels and translate strategy into measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication, data‑driven decision making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
