We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relations Assistant to join our Leisure Services team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm welcome, promote memberships and activities, support customer enquiries, and help create a positive experience for everyone using our leisure centres.

You'll also assist customers with bookings and payments through the Haringey Active App, carry out facility tours, and help maintain a safe and secure environment for all users.

This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of local residents.

You are an enthusiastic and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

You'll be confident engaging with a diverse range of people, promoting products and services, and handling challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and patience.

Ideally, you'll have experience in a customer-facing environment such as a leisure centre, fitness club, hotel, or retail setting, although this is not essential.

You will be comfortable using IT systems, eager to learn new technology, and flexible to work a shift rota including evenings and weekends.

Most importantly, you'll be committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.
