Your responsibilities will include supervising customers to ensure safe use of facilities, assisting with the set‑up and dismantling of equipment for activities, carrying out regular building and safety checks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout each centre, including changing rooms and communal areas. You will also support customers with enquiries, enforce centre rules, administer first aid when required, and provide visible supervision within pool and fitness areas in line with operational procedures.

You will join the Wellbeing & Climate team within the Environment and Resident Experience directorate, working closely with Duty Managers, Shift Supervisors and colleagues across Haringey’s leisure network. The team supports a diverse community of centre users, sports clubs, tenants and partner organisations, all committed to delivering high‑quality leisure services.
