We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of refurbishment projects within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The Role: This is a full-time, permanent position combining both office-based work and time spent on-site. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency and maintaining strong commercial control across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing costs across refurbishment projects
- Overseeing budgets for kitchen & bathroom installations
- Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and cost control
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Strong background in refurbishment projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
