Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CNC MILLING Responsibilities * Programming, setting and operating CNC machines to produce components according to specifications and drawings. * Set up and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for optimal machining performance. * Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Perform basic maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues. * Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret CAD designs and implement necessary modifications. * Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. * Maintain accurate records of production output and report any discrepancies or issues to management. Skills & Experience: * 2 years+ previous experience Programming, Setting and Operating * Ideally experienced with Lathe or Milling Machines * Background producing CNC machined components to a high standards Benefits: * 39-hour flexible working week. * Sickness scheme after qualifying period * 23 days (rising to 28) holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Pension 4% after qualifying period
