Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver in Telford for a full-time position.
Location: TF7, Telford
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Experience: 2 years experience required
Salary: £13.50p/h with overtime after 40 hours
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive Class 2 vehicles in adherence to road and traffic regulations.
- Ensure safe and timely deliveries of goods to assigned locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow delivery schedules and maintain effective communication with the logistics team.
- Complete accurate paperwork associated with deliveries.
- Multidrop collection and delivery work.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Class 2 driving license with 2 years experience
- Proven experience as a Class 2 Driver in a professional setting
