Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13 per hour based on completion of required training

Hours: Monday-Friday – 06:30am-15:00pm

Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Food Production Operative to join our client’s dynamic team in Roden. If you have a proven track record in Food Production and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for candidates on either a temp to perm or permanent basis dependent on experience. All candidates will partake in a 6 week training plan to become thoroughly trained in the whole process – pay increases will be staggered and increased upon training and competence in 3 key areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and end of line production tasks
  • Hand finishing of products
  • Mixing of ingredients
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Following all food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production or a similar environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work hours are 6am -3.30pm
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
