We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Appleton Thorn (WA4). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Log all communications and update customer records accordingly
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of queries
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive and friendly approach to customer interaction
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with IT systems and data entry
