Job Title: Sales Executive – Business Development Focus Location: Willenhall Salary: £25,000 per annum commission Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Contract: 3-month probationary period, permanent employment About the Role: Our client is a growing business looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join their team in Willenhall. This role focuses on outbound lead generation and following up on marketing campaigns to drive sales in the Vets and Dental sectors. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, generate new business, and make a real impact as the company expands. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities. * Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to maximise sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. * Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and progress. * Collaborate with marketing and administration teams to align on campaigns and opportunities. * Achieve personal and team sales targets. Person Specification: * Confident and professional communicator with a positive attitude. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business development and client engagement. * Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in business development, sales, or client management preferred.
