We are recruiting for a reliable and detail focused Pharmacy Warehouse Administrator to join our client’s warehouse team in Aldridge. This role requires previous experience within a pharmacy, dispensary, pharmaceutical warehouse, or a similar regulated environment. You will be responsible for accurately booking in stock, processing orders, and ensuring all products are handled in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Order processing and stock management
- Booking in wholesale and WDA deliveries accurately
- Processing wholesale, pharmacy, and WDA orders
- Checking batch numbers and expiry dates against delivery documentation
- Updating stock levels and recording stock movements using internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve delivery or order queries
- Identifying damaged, expired, or defective products and isolating correctly
- Reporting discrepancies or stock issues to management promptly
- Picking and packing orders accurately in line with company procedures
- Ensuring pharmacy orders are packed correctly to maintain product integrity
- Handling temperature sensitive and controlled products where required
- Completing stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory checks
- Carrying out warehouse and quality related administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Participating in scheduled cleaning and deep clean activities
- Following all company procedures, policies, and health and safety guidelines
- Supporting investigations into errors, deviations, or quality issues
- Working in line with MHRA and other regulatory requirements
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new team members
- Attending all required training sessions
- Carrying out additional tasks to meet business needs
- Maintaining a professional attitude and positive team approach

- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
