We're recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established, family-run manufacturing business in Walsall. This is a permanent role with a company that truly looks after its staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop production teams, including supervisors and operators.
- Plan and oversee manufacturing processes to meet targets and maintain high-quality standards.
