A well-established and growing pharmaceutical company based in Aldridge is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing and Fulfilment Administrator. This is a key role within the business, combining hands-on packing duties with administrative and system-based responsibilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring that essential medical products are packed, processed, and dispatched with accuracy and care.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role position suited to someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for both the physical preparation of medical orders and the administrative tasks required to ensure accurate order tracking and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical orders for safe and timely delivery
• Input order information into internal systems and maintain accurate dispatch records
• Print and apply labels, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with procedures
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates
• Maintain a clean, well-organised packing and fulfilment area
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse, or fulfilment role
• Confident using computer systems, including order processing and data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• A proactive and professional approach to work
