We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV 2 Driver in Manchester (M28).
Pay: £14.10 per hour + overtime at time and a half
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shifts
2 years HGV 2 experience required
The Role
Delivering doors to customers using an HGV Class 2 curtain-side vehicle.
Carrying out local and long-distance deliveries.
Assisting with loading and unloading, including some handball.
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Maintaining high standards of vehicle care and customer service.
Pay & Hours
£14.10 per hour
Overtime paid at time and a half (£21.15 per hour)
45 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
Day shifts, with start times between 5:00 am and 8:00 am.
Full-time role
Requirements
Must be aged 25 or over .
Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 2 driving experience .
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
Comfortable with some manual handling and handball.
Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks.
