Project Management

Manage and coordinate daily construction activities on site.

Plan, schedule and monitor project works to ensure progress is maintained.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, consultants and other project stakeholders.

Conduct daily site inspections and monitor workmanship and construction progress.

Review drawings, specifications, method statements and construction programmes.

Identify and resolve site issues, delays, technical problems and project risks.

Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.

Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, valuations and expenditure.

Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress reports, site records and project documentation.

Attend and lead project meetings, site meetings and progress reviews.

Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed to the required standard.

Coordinate material deliveries, plant, equipment and labour requirements.

Monitor health and safety requirements and ensure site teams comply with company and statutory procedures.

Assist with risk assessments, method statements and construction planning.

Manage project changes, variations and requests for information (RFIs).

Track project milestones, programme updates and critical activities.

Inspect completed works and coordinate snagging and corrective works.

Maintain accurate records of drawings, specifications, instructions, variations and correspondence.

Ensure environmental and quality requirements are followed throughout the project.

Support procurement and ensure materials and resources are available when required.

Coordinate testing, inspections, commissioning and handover activities.

Prepare projects for practical completion and client handover.

Ensure outstanding defects and snagging items are addressed promptly.

Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status.

Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned construction projects.
