Keyholder

Contract Hours: 16 hours per week (Flexibility Monday – Sunday)

Location: HARIBO Retail Store – Silverburn, Glasgow

Salary: £13.40 per hour

Contract type: Fixed term contract

Contract end date: 1st September 2027

We’re looking for two Keyholders to join our team on a 16‑hour fixed term contract running until September 2027.

How you’ll contribute to the mix

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in store
  • Opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are met
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately at the till
  • Maintaining high retail standards through replenishment, pricing and visual presentation
  • Supporting stock control, food hygiene and Health & Safety compliance

Do you have the right ingredients?

  • Previous retail and managerial experience (this is a must!)
  • Experience handling cash and card transactions
  • A friendly, confident and customer‑focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and keyholder shifts
  • A passion for HARIBO; our values, brand and customers
  • Online retail experience is beneficial but not essential
