We are on the hunt for an Administrator to come and join our sweet world of HARIBO! This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our Despatch Supply Chain team where you will play a crucial role in carrying out inventory measures to ensure accurate physical and systematic records of stock holding. This could be your opportunity to make a sweet wave in the industry as your support ensures our operations run smoothly.
How you’ll contribute to the mix:
- Receipting and despatching of supplier, customer and 3PL deliveries
- Liaising daily with suppliers and hauliers to provide booking, answer queries and collating and storing paperwork
- Using your own initiative and making informed decisions during out of hours operations
- Accurately completing paperwork in relation to all areas of the department
- Working in conjunction with other team members to meet KPI targets
- Maintaining accurate records of stock
- Involvement in cyclical, quarterly and annual stock counts
- Cross referencing information to ensure corresponding information matches accurately

Communication is also key, we are looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from demonstrating impressive written and verbal communication abilities. Last but by no means least, IT must be your friend! Finally, have you had exposure to SAP within your career to date? This isn’t essential however would be advantageous!
