Our Production and Packing teams are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We are currently looking for Operatives to join our team on either a permanent or 12-month fixed term contract working our nights pattern.

- Nights
- Annual salary: £34,689.74, plus an operational bonus paid quarterly
- Hours of work: Sunday - Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
- 20% discount in our Stores

Our mix that awaits you:
- Assisting Operators to achieve departmental targets
- Comprehensive training to become a fully qualified Machine Operator
- Following Health & Safety guidelines
- Ensuring good levels of housekeeping are maintained within the departments
- Transporting product/materials as required
- Ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met
- Completing any relevant documentation
- Maintaining the working area to a safe, hygienic standard
- Inspecting product to quality standards
- Cleaning to the required standards
- Removing waste as and when required
Ingredients that you bring with you:
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (not imperative however beneficial!)
- Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and supportive team player
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
