Location:
HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working; three days in the office and two days working from home). Occasional travel may also be required

We are on the hunt for a \’Product Manager\’ to come and join the happy world of HARIBO on a 12-month fixed term contract
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our HARIBO UK&I Marketing department where you will sit firmly within our Product team.
You will be responsible for supporting the commercial growth of our business through the development and delivery of product plans in line with business strategies and growth opportunities. A core focus of this role is commercial product initiatives and supporting our sales channel plans including the retail side of the business. How impressive does that sound
You will report directly into our \’Head of Marketing – MAOAM and Commercial Channels\’ whilst also connecting with other areas of the wider Marketing department, HARIBO UK&I departments as well as working closely with global colleagues to manage plans.
How you\’ll contribute to the mix:
- Scoping and implementing commercial product requirements to support the delivery of brand and account plans in line with 5-year business strategies
- Managing product development across commercial channel projects via the StageGate process and working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Working with retail teams to support retail growth and expansion through product launches and activations
- Working alongside team members to form brand plans from a commercial perspective using data, insight and analysis to identify future jobs to be done
- Analysing and reporting on product performance against targets
- Acting as an expert concerning product management processes and ways of working
- Bring a representative for the HARIBO and MAOAM brands at all key internal and external meetings and presenting our plans with knowledge and passion
- Adhering to style guidelines and legal and international corporate procedures
