Contract Hours: 20 hours per week. Can be flexible around your availability  Location: Clarks Village Salary: £12.90 per hour    We’re looking for a Keyholder who knows how to sweeten the deal when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth running of our retail store. As our next Keyholder, you’ll bring your unique skills to the table and help us create the magic that keeps the world sweet.    Your day-to-day will involve: Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in store Opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are met Processing cash and card payments accurately at the till Maintaining high retail standards through replenishment, pricing and visual presentation Supporting stock control, food hygiene and Health & Safety compliance   Do you have the right ingredients?  To join our team of confectionery creators, you’ll need:  Previous retail experience Experience handling cash and card transactions A friendly, confident and customer-focused approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and keyholder shifts A passion for HARIBO, our values, brand and customers Online retail experience is beneficial but not essential.   The extra sweet stuff  -Seasonal events provided by Haribo to all staff and immediate families to promote ‘childlike happiness’  -Volunteering days to support the local community   -20% discount in our stores     The Secret Ingredient: Our Culture  At HARIBO, we’re more than just a sweets company—we’re a family-run, Yorkshire-based business with a passion for creating moments of childlike happiness.
