It’s a very exciting time for our Retail business and our brand as a whole and we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused Assistant Store Manager with proven retail experience to support the Store Manager in Gunwharf Designer Outlet. Team Leadership skills and a focus on people, customers and sales are all key, along with a drive to make the store environment and the team the best they possibly can be! A valid driving licence is essential as you may be required to travel to other stores.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to deliver HARIBO sales targets and KPIs by executing HARIBO customer service, retail and operational standards.

Hours of Work: This role is 30-40 hours a week, working in a flexible nature to suit the needs of the retail business. You will be required to work regular Thursdays from 6:30am to support with delivery of stock and regular weekend working on Saturday and Sunday. Shifts will be within the stores opening hours of 8am-9:30pm. UK travel may be required with this role, as the retail team work as a very close-knit team, where support to other stores is often required.
