Contract Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible, however we need full availability on a weekend and some evenings)

We’re looking for a Keyholder who knows how to sweeten the deal when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth running of our retail store. How you’ll contribute to the mix: At HARIBO, every role plays a key part in our recipe for success! As our next Keyholder, you’ll bring your unique skills to the table and help us create the magic that keeps the world sweet. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in store
  • Opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are met
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately at the till
  • Maintaining high retail standards through replenishment, pricing and visual presentation
  • Supporting stock control, food hygiene and Health & Safety compliance

Do you have the right ingredients? To join our team of confectionery creators, you’ll need:

  • Previous retail and managerial experience
  • Experience handling cash and card transactions
  • A friendly, confident and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and keyholder shifts
  • A passion for HARIBO, our values, brand and customers
  • Online retail experience is beneficial but not essential
