Here at HARIBO Silverburn we’re looking for two Keyholders to come and join our team on a 16-hour fixed term contract running until September 2027.
Our HARIBO Keyholders have an important part to play in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth running of our retail stores. If you’re as passionate about retail and customer experience, then this is the role for you!
To thrive within this role, we’re looking for individuals with prior experience of successfully managing a team; if you’re currently sat within a Team Leader or Supervisory role HARIBO could be the perfect next step in your career!

How you’ll contribute to the mix:
As our next Keyholder, you’ll bring your unique skills to the table and help us create the magic that keeps the world sweet. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in store
- Opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are met
- Processing cash and card payments accurately at the till
- Maintaining high retail standards through replenishment, pricing and visual presentation
- Supporting stock control, food hygiene and Health & Safety compliance
Do you have the right ingredients?
- Previous retail and managerial experience (this is a must!)
- Experience handling cash and card transactions
- A friendly, confident and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and keyholder shifts
- A passion for HARIBO; our values, brand and customers
- Online retail experience is beneficial but not essential
