About the Role
As Head of People Development, you will lead the design and delivery of programmes that enhance leadership capability, develop future talent, strengthen succession planning and foster a culture of continuous learning. Combining strategic vision with hands‑on delivery, you'll ensure the organisation has the skills, capability and leadership pipeline needed to achieve our growth ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the Group's People Development strategy, aligning learning and talent initiatives with business goals.
- Driving leadership and management development programmes that enhance organisational capability and performance.
- Developing talent management and succession planning frameworks to build strong pipelines for future leadership roles.
- Partnering with senior leaders to identify capability needs and deliver impactful development solutions.
- Championing organisational development initiatives that support engagement, transformation and cultural growth.
- Using data and insight to evaluate impact and continuously improve people development activities.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a broader People leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development, succession planning and organisational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with Executive and senior stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and strong project management skills.
- Data-driven, commercially aware and passionate about developing people and organisations.
- CIPD Level 7, or equivalent experience preferred.
