We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative and operational support across our UK and German businesses.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, cross-border organisation, ensuring seamless coordination of diaries, meetings, travel, and internal communications.
What You’ll Be Doing
Diary & Meeting Management
- Manage complex diaries for senior stakeholders across both regions.
- Schedule and coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings.
- Attend internal meetings to support follow-up actions and build business insight.
- Track meeting frequency and ensure timely preparation.
Travel Coordination
- Organise travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate frequent business travel aligned with operational needs.
- Maintain travel records and support expense reconciliation.
Operational & Project Support
- Provide admin support for ongoing business initiatives.
- Assist with documentation, procurement, and logistics.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between UK and German teams.
General Administration
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and shared documentation platforms.
- Support internal communications and assist with document translation.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact between UK and German teams.

What We’re Looking For
