About the Role:

The Field Sales Executive - Aggregates role has been created as part of the Minerals Division restructure to strengthen commercial capability and support sustained growth. Reporting to the Head of Aggregates, this position is responsible for driving sales activity, developing customer relationships, and supporting volume growth across the aggregates portfolio.

A key focus of the role is contributing to the planned increase in sales volumes, particularly within recycled aggregates, and maximising opportunities arising from a growing project pipeline. The position plays a vital part in aligning commercial activity with market demand and divisional strategy, ensuring the business is positioned for profitable, sustainable growth.

This role has a direct impact on the day‑to‑day commercial performance of the Minerals Division within the North East region. It carries responsibility for servicing and retaining a major customer.
