We are looking for a Data Enablement Manager to drive how data is adopted and used across Hargreaves Lansdown. This role sits at the centre of delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring data capabilities translate into real business value.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of data products and self-service capabilities across the business.
  • Prioritise and coordinate multiple data initiatives in line with business value.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to translate needs into clear delivery outcomes.
  • Build engagement and trust in data across the organisation.
  • Simplify complex data activity into clear messaging and outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a small team focused on enablement.

Experience

  • Experience in data, BI or analytics roles with strong business engagement.
  • Track record of working across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in complex delivery environments.
  • Experience influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience managing or supporting delivery.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of modern data platforms and tooling.
  • Awareness of data product or marketplace approaches.
  • Understanding of how data drives commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
