- Creating detailed user flows, prototypes, high‑fidelity UIs, and test plans that align to the experience design strategy and vision.
- Designing inclusive, accessible interfaces for end‑to‑end experiences across responsive web and native platforms.
- Writing and testing UX copy, content flows, and microinteractions.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers for QA and implementation support.
- Innovating with new features that enhance the client experience, reflecting industry best practice and latest trends.
- Presenting designs through storytelling, advocating a client‑first mindset to senior stakeholders and influencing high‑level decisions.
- Partnering with researchers and product leads to analyse user feedback and metrics, validate and iterate solutions to inform design direction.
- Setting the bar for design standards across the team, embedding best practices, user‑centred thinking, and empathy.
- Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to team capability development and shaping the team culture.
About you
- Demonstrable experience in Product/UX/UI/Content design with a strong portfolio of impactful work across industries, products, or platforms.
- Experienced with end‑to‑end design, interaction modelling, microcopy, and visual design.
- Strong attention to detail and user empathy balanced with business and technical feasibility.
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, user psychology, and performance metrics.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing C‑suite or senior leadership.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience mentoring and nurturing a team of designers and contributing to team development.
- Fluent in Figma, prototyping tools, design systems, and analytics.
- Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design or related field.
- Experience working in enterprise or multi‑platform (web, mobile, service) environments.
- Good knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, user psychology, performance metrics and latest industry trends.
